3D Modelling

WBL offer 3D CAD modelling, with a high level of design accuracy our 3D designs will provide you with an opportunity to explore design ideas and visualise realistic renderings prior to design approval, meaning any changes can be made in a time efficient way which will not cause delays to the planning of projects. 3D modelling reduces the time taken from design to manufacture by automatic generation of bills of materials, reducing the likelihood of errors and omissions as well as providing you with an accurate representation of equipment and systems.

Feasibility Study (FEED)

Front End Engineering Design (FEED) is an engineering design process used to plan a project and control costs. The FEED study focuses on the technical requirements of the project, identifies costs, equipment layout and installation plans, process flow diagrams, hazard and operability studies (HAZOP), major equipment lists, 2D and 3D preliminary models. The FEED will also identify potential risks and will avoid significant changes during the execution phase.

Drafting

We can produce 3D models, 2D drawings and prints for your design using either your own drawing sheets or ours. All our drafting work is done on current PC’s using Autodesk software, either Inventor 2018 (for 3D) or Autocad 2018 (2D).
